Project Overview: We provide independent technical support to build consensus in intergovernmental environmental negotiations. We also support governments and international partners to formulate innovative financing mechanisms, programmes and bankable projects for transforming drought risks. Our outputs contribute to thought leadership and intergovernmental technical exchanges on transboundary environmental cooperation in the context of the Rio Conventions, the IHP Transboundary Aquifers Commission and 'Think-20 engagement group for the G20.
